5. Membership and Subscription

Premium access to the full tool suite is available via a monthly subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Subscription is charged monthly at the current advertised rate via PayPal
Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment
You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account — no notice period required
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are given
We reserve the right to change the subscription price with 30 days notice to active members
Access will be revoked if payment fails or your subscription is cancelled

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, we do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed and access has been granted. If you experience a technical fault that prevents access, please contact us at puntersedgeuk@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Punters Edge — including calculator code, design, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Punters Edge. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this site without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Punters Edge shall not be liable for:

Any betting losses or financial losses arising from use of our tools
Any inaccuracies in calculator outputs
Any interruption or unavailability of the service
Any loss of data

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding the claim.
